She is extremely happy and can't stop looking at it. We love it! She keeps saying 'I still can't believe this beautiful ring is mine!'. From the both of us thanks to all of you, I found the whole experience with 1791 Diamonds extremely positive and professional. You 'saved' me by providing the stand-in ring in time and both yourself and Ardouin kept me informed in all stages of the process and responded quickly to all my questions (and I had many). The personal delivery really shows commitment and I never had the feeling you were trying to sell me something but you were there to help me, which I appreciate very much. We are now officially engaged !My partner absolutely adored the ring, it was exactly what she was after and how she had imagined it would look. Sizing was perfect also....! Always good to get it right ! So, again a big thank you to you Erika, for all your help over the past few weeks you have been terrific and a pleasure to deal with...!
