I had been looking for a ring for a few weeks when I came across 1791 diamonds, the website was crisp and clean and I soon found a ring. I was a little sceptical to order from online at first but The ring was the perfect persuasion. The service that followed was very professional and friendly. One of 1791's customer services team members was in contact with me almost immediately and guided me through the entire process which made things run very smoothly. I just wanted to give a big thank you for all the work on the ring - it looked even better than I thought it would and my now fiancee loved it!!! The timing was pretty incredible too, as I had planned to go ahead and propose on friday night, without a ring (controversially!) but then to have the ring finished early and literally hours in before the deed was great! So thanks Alice for all your work on the ring and everyone for being cheerful and helpful and encouraging throughout, I appreciate it all!
