The rings arrived perfectly yesterday morning.

Firstly the three rings together look awesome. They make a perfect fit.

The design and quality is superb. My wife is simply delighted.

In particular the way that the engagement ring tapers its width as it nears the main stone is very pleasing to the eye. Furthermore the way in which the halo holds the stone so securely while leading all of the attention to that main stone and the surrounding diamonds is a really beautiful achievement.

Also you should know that the quality of the packaging was remarked upon too!

All in all I cannot thank you enough for such a painless process and wonderful jewellery that you have sent us.

Although I was not down on one knee on this occasion my wife assures me that these beautiful rings would have more than persuaded her to say yes!

I am absolutley over the moon with the rings, they look amazing and my one fits really well so thats a great start!

I intend to propose on christmas day, so if there is an issue with her ring size what is the earliest possible time I will be able to get the rings back to you? I'm hoping they will be perfect but I always like to have a plan B.

Many thanks for the beautifully crafted Duchess Ring that my fiance bought me. It's so clear and we like the cut of the diamond that sparkles in every angle we look at it! We love watching it sparkle in the sun and with some indoor warm lighting. It's dazzling really well and we love it! We also like the set of our Duchess ring. The simple and minimal frame makes this one piece ring extra elegant. We fell in love with it as soon as it was put on my finger!

On another note, we also like the presentation of the box. We like the big navy box, the smaller box that keeps our ring safely in the middle with a ribbon underneath for easy lifting. We can see how much attention 1791 paid to the details from making the ring to the delivery to the end user!

We also appreciate the fact that our order is followed up closely by a designated customer service person. It makes the whole shopping experience a trusted and enjoyable one. It's true we didn't know what to expect as we're ordering something so special and precious online. Assurance and somebody who could advise us from Day 1 when my fiance called and given detailed explanation did assure us we're on safe hands and being looked after! We love the ring very much!
