The rings arrived perfectly yesterday morning.

Firstly the three rings together look awesome. They make a perfect fit.

The design and quality is superb. My wife is simply delighted.

In particular the way that the engagement ring tapers its width as it nears the main stone is very pleasing to the eye. Furthermore the way in which the halo holds the stone so securely while leading all of the attention to that main stone and the surrounding diamonds is a really beautiful achievement.

Also you should know that the quality of the packaging was remarked upon too!

All in all I cannot thank you enough for such a painless process and wonderful jewellery that you have sent us.

Although I was not down on one knee on this occasion my wife assures me that these beautiful rings would have more than persuaded her to say yes!

Right from my first enquiry, the 1791 team impressed me with their care for detail and willingness to go to extra effort to provide quality service. I am living overseas but wanted a New Zealand made engagement ring for my Fiance. Ardouin from Customer Services organised the shipping and tackled the challenging French customs systems to get the ring safely across to the other side of the world. When it arrived it was perfectly crafted and beautifully designed. I needed to resize the ring and again Ardouin organised everything for the ring to be resized in Europe by a trusted jeweller. Throughout the entire process comunication was fantastic, even across so many timezones, and I felt completely at ease that the ring was safe. My fiance loves the ring and we will be in touch again soon to choose our wedding bands from 1791.

My fiance put a great deal of effort into finding the 'perfect' engagement ring for me and it was clear to him that it should be handmade. When he approached staff at 1791Diamonds, he had very clear ideas of what he wanted and how the ring should look in the end. He could discuss his design requests via email and telephone at any moment throughout the entire process. His ideas were completely respected and he was supported with professional advice through every step. The friendliness and enthusiasm of the 1791Diamonds staff were very comforting along the way, especially because the quest for the 'one and only' engagement ring can be quite stressful.

After our engagement, a further plus was the free resizing of the ring which was very easy for us and done within less than a week. It was a great advantage to have somebody we could trust with this because they knew the ring like no one else.

We are extremely happy with the ring and the service we received. In the end, I really got the 'perfect' ring thanks to 1791Diamonds and their fabulous staff. When it's time for wedding rings, we definitely know where to go!
