I have just received my second ring from 1791 diamonds, the first being my engagement ring and the second, my wedding band.

When making a decision about purchasing from an unseen online shop, the dubious feelings can arise, especially when gold and diamonds are involved. However, in both instances I have been extremely happy with the service provided and the end result receiving my stunning rings.

1791 Diamonds provide an excellent customer service and I always felt that I was an important and valued customer (no matter what your budget is). The jewellery is exquisite and I often compare my diamond to others in high street shops and none compare to the beautiful sparkle I have from my 1791 diamond. 1791 staff kept me in the loop via email with every step of process and the delivery service is safe and secure - I never ever had to follow up! The whole experience is managed so incredibly well, thats why I am a returning customer. I personally encourage you to buy your special piece with 1791, you will not be disappointed.

I had something specific in mind for my wife to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary, and 1791 couldn't have made it easier. I told Designer Alice roughly what I was after and within a day I had a beautiful rendered image of the ring design sitting on my desktop that you could have sworn was a photo of the real thing. So from idea to reality in about 48 hours, not bad! We were easily able to make a couple of small design tweaks, and the result was stunning. Right through the process from design to the paperwork afterwards was a pleasure and I would highly recommend 1791 to anyone looking for value for money and an outstanding result. I know my wife loved it :)
