1791 created the perfect engagement ring for me to propose with; and without ever meeting a single one of their team face to face! From the first moment I saw their website I was confident that they could do exactly what I wanted, even though I didn't know quite what that was at the time. Alice took time to understand the look and feel of what I wanted and quickly came up with concepts that were beautifully tailored to suit. Discussing my chosen design with her later, I couldn't even find any changes I wanted to make. After some much needed help on getting the right diamond and ring size (thanks Ardouin), my design was crafted into the perfect ring. The team at 1791 even disguised the packaging to ensure it remained a surprise right until the last moment. And of course she said yes!

Venecia is a spectacular modern cluster engagement ring featuring an elegant marquise diamond for the centrepiece. The unusual elongated shape of a marquise diamond creates a very unique style of ring and is particularly well suited to those with long, slender fingers.

The central marquise diamond is offset beautifully by its surrounding cluster of diamonds.

The smaller stones surround the centre stone in two layers, adding a greater dimension to the ring and making it visually quite stunning from every angle. The fire and brilliance from the diamonds is impressive, sparkling light seeming to dance across the finger.
