After spending several weeks trawling through the internet looking at engagement rings I finally settled on the Ignite in Platinum from 1791 Diamonds. I just loved its minimalistic design and, as my partner works with her hands, I am sure that she too will appreciate the gorgeous low profile design! 1791 kept me informed of progress throughout the entire process and I can only say that many businesses, both online and store based, would do well to follow the customer service example set by 1791 Diamonds. I had something specific in mind for my wife to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary, and 1791 couldn't have made it easier. I told Designer Alice roughly what I was after and within a day I had a beautiful rendered image of the ring design sitting on my desktop that you could have sworn was a photo of the real thing. So from idea to reality in about 48 hours, not bad! We were easily able to make a couple of small design tweaks, and the result was stunning. Right through the process from design to the paperwork afterwards was a pleasure and I would highly recommend 1791 to anyone looking for value for money and an outstanding result. I know my wife loved it :)

Wow, Amazing, Beautiful....these are just a few of the words that describe the beautiful eternity ring that I had the pleasure of designing with the team at 1791 diamonds, Alice in particular. Alice met with us and took the time to get to know the both of us so that she could design a ring that linked both Luke and I together. We got to share this exciting opportunity after winning Bride of The Year 2009. The ring we designed is everything that I had hoped for..not that I had any idea about what I wanted when I first met with Alice, but she was very patient and her quick responses to emails and sending through images made the designing process so much fun, like opening a new present every day :). The whole team were very efficient replying to telephone calls and emails and it was not long before I had a ring that I had helped design, my very own unique ring that I have had so many comments about. Talk about timing they even delivered to the exact day that Luke had proposed to me two years earlier.

After dealing with such nice people and truly getting to have "your very own ring" I would never walk into a store to get a ring that someone else may have. I would take the time to meet with the team at 1791 and design another ring in a heartbeat. So if you are wanting something special and to work with a team who really care about designing a ring just for you then I would recommend calling the team at 1791 Diamonds.

Ignite, from the 1791 Diamonds Modena collection, offers a graceful alternative to traditional solitaire diamond engagement rings. With the diamonds channel set into a gorgeous platinum band the design is simple, almost understated, yet lacks nothing in elegance.
